CARAMEL CORN 
7 c. popped corn lightly salted
2 sticks butter
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. honey
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Cook butter, honey and brown sugar at a boil for 6 minutes. Remove from heat and add 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. While still foaming, pour over corn to coat. Put on 2 cookie sheets and bake 1 hour in oven at 200 degrees.
