ORANGE GLAZED CARROTS 
1 1/2 lbs. baby carrots, pared
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
Few dashes mace
Freshly ground pepper
3/4 c. orange juice

Put carrots in saucepan; add water; bring to boil; reduce heat and cook 10 minutes. Drain, melt butter over low heat; stir in sugar, cornstarch and seasonings. Cook and stir 1 minute. Add orange juice, slowly cook until thick. Pour over drained carrots.
