SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. (or more) sausage, crumble, brown and drain on paper towel

Saute:

1 lg. onion, chopped
2 c. celery, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. rice uncooked (I like wild rice)
2 pkg. Lipton's chicken noodle soup
(chopped meat with diced chicken)
4 c. boiling water
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
1 c. chopped pimento

Mix all together. Put in a Pam sprayed 9 by 13 pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
