GREEN JACKET SALAD 
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. olive oil
2 thin slices of tomato, diced
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. chopped chives
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. Accent

Combine ingredients and allow to sit in the refrigerator for several hours. Toss with lettuce and add croutons. Serves 2 to 4.

CROUTONS: Cut bread into cubes, saute in hot olive oil. Drain; coat with Parmesan cheese. Pita bread makes great croutons.
