STRAWBERRY JELLO CAKE 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1/2 c. water
3 whole eggs
1 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen strawberries, drained and mashed at room temperature

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Blend cake mix and Jello while dry. Add water, oil, and eggs. Beat thoroughly. Add strawberries. Bake in lightly floured and oiled tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until cake loosens from pan. Frost.

Frosting: Blend, adding enough of strawberry juice to mix for spreading consistency.
