BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches broccoli, washed and cut
10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vinegar (wine, cider or rice)

Put first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Mix next 3 ingredients in small bowl. Mix well and pour over ingredients in large bowl. Mix; refrigerate 2 hours, mixing occasionally.
