CHEESE BALLS 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
4 oz. deviled ham
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tbsp. onion, grated
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Chili powder

Wrap deviled ham in plastic wrap and put in freezer until firm. Have cream cheese at room temperature and combine with onion and sauce. Spread grated Cheddar on plastic wrap and put half of cream mixture on it. Place ham in center and cover with rest of cream cheese. Roll up and sprinkle with chili powder.

VARIATION:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 oz. dried beef, shredded
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Have cream cheese at room temperature and combine with sauce, onion and 3/4 of beef. Spread rest of beef on plastic wrap. Put cream cheese mixture on beef and roll into ball.
