CRANBERRY RELISH 
1 bag fresh cranberries
1 thin skin orange
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup Splenda
1 cinnamon stick
1 cup water

Wash the fruit. With the rind on, cut the orange into 8ths. Grind the fruit in a blender or a food processor.

Mix the water, sugar, and Splenda in a medium sized sauce pan. Bring to a boil, then add fruit and cinnamon stick.

Allow the water to return to a boil, then immediately lower heat to simmer. Spoon out the orange seeds. Allow the mixture to simmer for 15-30 minutes.

If you prefer the relish chilled, put it in your refrigerator for an hour before serving.
