AUNT ROSA'S SPAGHETTI 
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground chuck
5-6 cloves garlic (1-2 tsp. minced)
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can tomato paste
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar, piled up
1 can tomato sauce
1 tsp. crushed red pepper

Cook meat and garlic. Add other ingredients and simmer for 1 hour or more.
