MATTHEW'S FAVORITE SUMMER
DESSERT
 
3 c. fresh fruit
1/4 c. sugar

BATTER:

1 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

For fruit, you can use cherries, grapes, berries or sliced peaches, plums, pears or apples.

Prheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter an 11 inch pie plate or medium size baking pan. Place fruit in bottom of pan; sprinkle with sugar. Mix batter ingredients in blender or beat well. Pour over fruit and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm.
