CORN AND CELERY CHOWDER 
4 potatoes
1 onion
6-8 stalks of celery and leaves
2 cans cream corn
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. water
1 lump of butter

Dice celery and leaves. Boil in just enough water to cover until half cooked and diced potatoes and diced onions enough water to cover and boil about 10 minutes. Add cream corn, evaporated milk, water only if needed and butter.
