APPLE HAM CASSEROLE 
3 c. diced, cooked ham
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 apples, cored & sliced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsp. flour

Place ham in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole; spread mustard over ham. Arrange apple slices evenly over top and sprinkle with lemon juice. Combine sugar, orange rind and flour; mix well and sprinkle evenly over apples. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
