MICROWAVE LEMON BAR 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. flour
3-4 tbsp. confectioners sugar

Place butter in 2 cup glass measure or small dish. Heat in microwave on high for 1 minute or until melted. Blend together melted butter, flour, and 1/4 cup confectioners sugar. Spread in 8x8x2 dish. Cook in microwave on high for 2 to 2 1/2 minutes or until slightly firm to touch.

Beat together sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and flour. Pour over hot bottom layer. Bake in microwave on 7 (70% power level) for 3-4 minutes or until center is firm. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Cool and cut in bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
