MICROWAVE MOUNDS BARS 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs, about 30 squares
1/4 c. sugar
2 2/3 c. flaked coconut (8 oz.)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. milk or semi-sweet chocolate pieces (12 oz.)

Microwave on high butter in baking dish (12 x 8 pan) for 45-60 seconds or until melted. Stir in crumbs and sugar until combined. Press mixture firmly and evenly into bottom of dish; set aside.

Mix together coconut and sweetened condensed milk; spoon over crust, spreading evenly. Microwave on medium (50%) uncovered 9-11 minutes or until heated through, rotating dish once.

Microwave (high) chocolate pieces in uncovered 2 cup glass measure 2-3 minutes or until softened. Stir until smooth. Spoon onto coconut mixture. Spread to cover. Refrigerate to set chocolate about 1 hour. Cut into bars.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
