CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1 c. chicken, shredded
1 c. spaghetti, cooked
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Saute the mushrooms in butter until tender. Add all the flour and stir until smooth. Add the milk and seasonings. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Blend sauce with chicken and spaghetti. Put in baking dish; sprinkle cheese over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Pimentos or chopped almonds may be put on before sprinkling on the cheese.
