CRUNCHY PEA SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen tiny peas
1 1/4 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. chopped cauliflower
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. cashews
Crumbled bacon to taste
3/4 c. sour cream
1 c. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing

Partially cook peas and drain. Combine peas, celery, cauliflower, onion, cashews, and bacon in a large bowl. Blend together the sour cream and dressing; toss with the vegetable mixture.
