HOT TACO DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 lb. ground beef, browned with 1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 sm. can green chili peppers (mild)
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Taco sauce
1 c. sour cream
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm. can sliced black olives
Corn chips

In a 9x13 inch pan, layer beans, Cheddar, beef, peppers, Monterey Jack and top with taco sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread sour cream over top. Sprinkle onions, olives and chopped tomatoes. Serve with corn chips.
