HOT TACO DIP 
1 can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
8 oz. sour cream
2 to 3 bunches green onions, sliced
2 to 3 tomatoes, chopped
1 can black olives, pitted and sliced
8 oz. med. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

Mix together refried beans and taco seasoning. Place in the bottom of a large shallow dish. Layer remaining ingredients in order given. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or microwave on high for about 15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. If cheese starts to harden, cover while baking.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
