PORCUPINE MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tsp. salt and pepper
1 can tomato soup
1/2 soup can water

Mix all ingredients except soup and water. Shape into balls and place in casserole. Mix soup and water. Pour over meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. NOTE: Any kind of soup may be used.
