IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can milk (evaporated)
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2/3 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. shortening

Mix together. Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serve with whipped topping.
