TOASTED COCONUT PIES 
2 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs
2 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
2 c. toasted coconut

First, toast coconut until brown. Mix sugar and flour, add eggs, butter and milk, coconut and vanilla. Mix well, pour in unbaked pie shells and bake for 30 or 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until set. Makes 2 pies.
