1 head endive lettuce
1 head Romaine lettuce
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
6 boiled eggs, sliced
1 diced avocado
1 diced tomato
2 c. boiled chopped chicken breast
1/2 lb. crisp fried bacon bits
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese

Line salad bowl with lettuce. Layer the remaining ingredients in the order given above.

SALAD DRESSING:

1 pkg. Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1/2 c. Mazola corn oil
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix salad dressing mix, oil and vinegar and shake. Pour dressing over salad and toss just before serving.
