BAR - B - QUE MEATBALLS 
1-1 1/2 lb. hamburger
3-4 slices bread, crumbled
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Shape into small balls and brown in skillet using about 2 tablespoons shortening. Brown until firm. Remove and place in shallow baking dish.

Mix: 1 c. barbeque sauce (Hickory flavor) 1 tsp. minced onion 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. brown sugar

Pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
