OLIVE SALAD 
2/3 c. green olives, pitted & chopped
2/3 c. black olives, pitted & chopped
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 fillet of anchovy, mashed
1 tsp. capers
1/2 c. parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. olive oil

Thoroughly mix. Cover and marinate for at least 12 hours.
