3/4 c. applesauce
1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. parsley
1 pkg. dried onion or mushroom soup mix

Mix applesauce and onion soup mix and remaining ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup sauce and ketchup. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or more.
