GOOD PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
2 tsp. oil
1 1/2 cans cream of mushroom soup
4-6 potatoes, diced

Brown pork chops with oil in large skillet and set aside.

Wash, peel and dice potatoes. Put in large casserole dish. Lay the browned pork chops on top of potatoes.

Pour mushroom soup over all and bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. This makes a brown gravy as it cooks.
