DONNA'S MOM'S EASY CARROT CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 c. strained carrots (baby food carrots)
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
4 beaten eggs
1 c. walnuts, crushed

Mix all dry materials first. Add all liquids and finally add walnuts. Pour into 2 round layer pans lined with wax paper. Let cool and ice with your favorite cream cheese icing. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
