VEGETABLE CROWN 
1 head cauliflower
1/3 c. melted butter
1 can cut green beans
1/2 lb. cheese spread or Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. milk

Cook cauliflower. Heat beans and drain off liquid. Pour butter over beans. Place cauliflower on platter. Arrange beans around it.

Melt cheese in double boiler. Add milk gradually. Stir until smooth. Pour over cauliflower and serve.
