SHRIMP MEDITERRANEAN 
1 lb. shrimp
3 tomatoes
1 green pepper (or 3 to 4 small)
1 onion
1/4 lb. sweet butter (same as no salt butter)
1 c. rice
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 lb. feta cheese

Boil rice with chicken bouillon, 1/2 chopped tomato and 1/2 of the chopped green pepper.

Slowly simmer butter, chopped onion, garlic powder, remaining tomato and green pepper (20 to 25 minutes). Add peeled shrimp and cook 10 more minutes. Set shrimp mix over rice, grate cheese on top. Melt in microwave or low heat oven.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
