MEDITERRANEAN SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
32 oz. canned tomatoes or tomato paste
1 clove garlic, shredded
1 sm. onion, copped
1 jar capers, drained
1 can artichokes, drained and cut up
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 can black olives, drained and cut up
1 can mushrooms, drained and cut up
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano and basil to taste

Put olive oil in hot saucepan. Add garlic and saute for a few minutes. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for an additional 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
