TURKEY NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. noodles
1 chopped green pepper
3 tbsp. fat
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. diced turkey
1/4 lb. cheese, grated
1 sm. can mushrooms
4 sliced hard boiled eggs

Cook noodles, drain. Saute green pepper in fat until tender. Blend in flour and seasonings. Add milk, part bouillon may be used and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Arrange noodles, sauce and remaining ingredients in alternate layers in greased casserole and bake in 350 degree oven about 25 minutes. 4 servings.

If desired cream of mushroom soup may be substituted for mushrooms, but decrease milk accordingly.
