3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar (add last)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Mix well and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick real butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. box powdered sugar
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. milk
