8 MINUTE CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
1 graham cracker crumbs pie crust
Cherry pie or blueberry filling, chilled

Beat cheese until smooth. Gradually beat sugar; blend in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping. Spoon into crust. Pour in pie filling. Chill until set.
