1/4 lb. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. horseradish
1 tsp. brandy flavoring
1/8 tsp. cayenne
1 tsp. sour cream
1 jar dried beef
Toothpicks

Cream together first five ingredients. Mixture is more tasty if refrigerated overnight. Put one teaspoonful onto each slice of dried beef. Roll up and toothpick. Talk of the party.
