1 pkg. chicken breasts
1 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
1 bell pepper
Mild hot peppers (optional)
Barbeque sauce

Skin chicken, cut slits in the breasts, 3 or 4 cuts per breast. Place in large bowl and pour one bottle of Zesty Italian salad dressing over chicken until covered. Let stand about 30 minutes. Remove chicken from dressing. Cut 1/4" strips of bell pepper and/or hot pepper (mild) and place over the chicken. Place chicken on hot grill and cook until golden brown. Brush with a hearty coating of barbeque sauce and cook for 3 to 5 minutes longer.
