HOT WINGS | |
1 stick butter 1 c. brown sugar 2 c. water 1 1/2 to 2 c. hot sauce 1 bag wings Season wings and fry like you normally do. Drain wings on paper towel; absorb as much grease as you can. While the first batch of wings are frying, start the sauce. In a pot (Dutch oven), add water, butter, brown sugar and hot sauce. Bring to a boil, then turn down LOW and let simmer. As you go from batch of cooked wings to next, just let the first batch simmer until the second batch has soaked on paper towel at least 5 minutes. Do that for each batch it takes. (Use a large skillet.) |
