COLESLAW 
1/2 c. sour cream or plain yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 med. head cabbage finely shredded (about 4 cups)
1 sm. onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)

Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, seasoned salt and pepper. Toss with cabbage and onion sprinkle with paprika or dried dill weed if desired. 8 (1/2) cup servings, 100 calories per serving.
