SQUIRRELY PEANUT BUTTER BALLS | |
1 c. Bisquick 1 pkg. instant pudding 1/4 c. salad oil 1 egg 1/3 c. peanut butter 1/4 c. chopped peanuts Mix and roll into balls. Place on ungreased sheet and press flat with bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Top each cookie with a peanut. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. Yields: 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies. |
