PUMPKIN POUND CAKE 
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. canned pumpkin
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 tsp. pumpkin spice

Beat together first 4 ingredients; sift and measure rest of ingredients, sifting all twice. Blend dry into wet. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees then 30 minutes then at 275 degrees. Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
