ONE - CUP COOKIES | |
1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. (2 sticks) butter 1 c. vegetable oil 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cream of tartar 1 c. crispy rice cereal (such as Rice Krispies) 1 c. flaked coconut 1 c. quick cooking rolled oats 1 c. chopped nuts 1 c. chocolate morsels 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour Beat together sugars, butter, oil and egg. Add vanilla, salt, baking soda, cream of tartar, cereal, coconut, oats, nuts, chocolate morsels and flour; blend thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Yield: about 100 cookies. |
