1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Cook and stir beef and onion over medium heat until done; drain and spread in pie plate.

Beat egg, milk, Bisquick, salt and pepper until smooth with mixer (high 1 minute). Pour into plate over meat. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, 5-8 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Makes 6-8 servings.
