CARROT COINS 
2 lbs. sliced carrots
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 1/2 oz. cocktail onions or sm. chopped onion
1 can tomato soup
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook vegetables together until tender. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over vegetable mixture. Let stand in refrigerator at least 2 days before serving.
