CAULIFLOWER DELIGHT 
1 lg. bag frozen cauliflower
2 c. diced onions
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Dash of pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook vegetables according to package directions. Don't over cook.

Make cream sauce of 2 tablespoons butter, flour, salt, pepper and milk. Cook until thick. Reduce heat and blend in cream cheese, cut in pieces, stirring until melted. Fold in vegetables and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

Sprinkle with crumb mixture (2 tablespoons melted butter, bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese) and bake an additional 15-20 minutes. (You may substitute broccoli for the cauliflower.)
