DOUBLE DELIGHT 
2 c. cooked chicken
2 c. cooked ham
1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1/2 c. white cheese (your choice)
1 sm. head cauliflower
1 med. bunch broccoli
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise

Steam vegetables lightly. They should be crisp, yet tender. Prepare a large baking dish by using butter or a no-stick spray. Arrange vegetables in dish, place meats in pieces on top of vegetables, mix undiluted soup and mayonnaise and spread over vegetables and meats. Grate cheese and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly. About 30 minutes.

Serves 8 or 10.
