PUMPKIN ROLLS | |
3 eggs 2/3 c. can pumpkin (1 can makes 2 batches) 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 3/4 c. flour Spray 15 x 10 x 3/4 inch pan with Pam. Line with wax paper. Spread the above mixture, bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out on towel covered with Saran Wrap, remove wax paper. Cool only to when you can handle good. Spread cream cheese mixture, starting rolling long ways of cake. Roll as tight as possible, being careful not to break. Keep cheese mixture inside at all times. Each time you do a half roll, pull Saran Wrap out end of roll. Leave Saran Wrapping all around roll. Seal Saran and freeze - slice, serve frozen. CHEESE MIXTURE: 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar 3 tbsp. butter Mix. |
