CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
4 chicken cutlets
1 med. onion, chopped
1 sm. can chopped mushrooms
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. water or broth
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, drained
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. oil
Salt to taste
Flour

Brown chicken in oil until light brown. Remove from pan. Brown onion and mushroom. Add flour, paprika and water or broth. Add chicken. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Add sour cream. Blend together. Cover and simmer 5 minutes on low heat. Serve over rice. Enjoy.
