BLACK - EYE PEA SALAD 
3 cans jalapeno black-eye peas, drained
2 avocados, chopped
1 med. purple onion, chopped
1 (8 oz.) bottle Catalina Dressing
1 sm. pkg. Fritos (grab bag)

Mix well. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Add small package of small size Fritos just before serving.
