PLUM PRESERVES 
3 lbs. sugar
3 lbs. plums
1 lb. seedless raisins
3 oranges, rind and all
Juice of 2 lemons
Walnuts, chopped

Cut fruit into small pieces. Combine all ingredients except nuts. Cook 2 hours. Add nuts in the last half hour. Fill sterilized jars. Seal.
