SAUS' OMINY 
1 lb. sausage
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. can hominy
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
Chili powder to taste
Salt to taste

Crumble sausage in large skillet and brown, add onion and pepper, stirring often. Drain, add hominy, soup, water, salt and chili powder; mix well. Heat thoroughly.
