POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/4 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Break up frozen potatoes (slightly thawed) into a 8 x 12 inch baking dish. Mix butter, soup, onion and cheese together and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top and bake for 45 minutes in a preheated 350 degree oven. Yields 10-12 servings.
